Part Time - Data Entry Admin
Reports to: Manager of Benefits Services
Nonexempt
Position Summary:
This position provides benefits administration and customer service support to AccessHR.net portal clients and other specific client groups.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review "Pending Changes" daily and determine client administrative needs
Process COBRA notifications and elections on behalf of clients using a third-party administrator's web-based system
Process enrollments, terminations, and notifications on behalf of clients for other outsourced benefits-related services used by our clients (eg, Cobra, FSAs, HSAs, 401(k), Health Advocate, etc.) using third-party administrators' fax, email, or web-basedplatforms.
Perform carrier bill reconciliation services on behalf of our clients. Work with carriers and clients to resolve any billing discrepancies.
Prepare materials (forms, brochures, and information kits) necessary for client open enrollment meetings
Assist with the loading and maintenance of client data in the AccessHR.net benefits administration web portal
Assist in departmental projects as needed
Essential Requirements for Education and/or Experience:
College degree or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized Knowledge/Beneficial Skills and Experience:
Excellent written and oral communication and organization skills
Full competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience and competency working with web-enabled transaction portals
Personal Computer keyboarding skills. Specifically the ability to type 40 words per minute.

Client Call Center Representative
The Elite Group is a single solution provider offering our clients employee benefits, benefits and payroll administration, human resource services, as well as property & casualty insurance. Located in Exton, PA, the Elite Group is dedicated to partnering with our clients to fulfill their human resource, benefits and insurance needs.
The Call Center portion of this position is directly associated with the Call Center activities; servicing new and existing clients who call into our 1-800 hotline and ensuring that they are appropriately directed to the correct department and/or team member. Strong client service/communication and telephone hotline skills are necessary to offer a professional demeanor while handling client situations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required for the Benefits Administration Representative portion of this position. Key tasks include administrative activities, keying-in enrollments, assisting/supporting Benefits Administration staff with the creation of reports as well as various word processing documents.
College degree is preferred, as well as experience with client service. Administrative skills required; MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Database, Benefits, Insurance or Human Resources experience is a plus.
